Sesame Ginger Salad Kit with Salmon

 1 Little Leaf Farms Sesame Ginger Salad Kit
 1 salmon fillet
 1 tbsp olive oil
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F. Rub salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 10–12 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Let cool slightly, then break into large pieces.

In a large bowl or directly in package, toss together the Sesame Ginger Salad Kit ingredients. Top salad with salmon and serve immediately.
