1. Eligibility: The Most Loved Lettuce Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age and older and legal age of majority in applicable jurisdiction at the time of entry (“Eligible Participant”). Void outside of the United States and where prohibited. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Little Leaf Farms (the “Sponsor”) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
2. Agreement to Rules and Conditions: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and Conditions, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as they relate to the content.
3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00AM EST on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, and ends at 11:59PM EST on Sunday, September 30, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Two hundred (200) potential winners will be awarded during the Entry Period in a random drawing from among all eligible entries after the conclusion of the Entry Period on or about October 1, 2026.
4. How To Enter: YOU ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD, AND YOU MAY ONLY ENTER ONCE. You may enter the Sweepstakes by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the Sweepstakes site located at [URL]. The entry must include (1) your first and last name, (2) your email address and mailing address, and (3) a “love letter” to Little Leaf Farms’ lettuce. Entries must fulfill all entry requirements to be eligible to win a prize.
By submitting an entry, you warrant and represent to Sponsor that the entry was created solely and originally by you and does not infringe or violate any publicity right, privacy right, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. To the extent you own rights, including copyrights, in and to your entry, you retain those rights. By submitting an entry, you grant Sponsor and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, transferrable, sublicensable, license to copy, display, perform, store, broadcast, distribute, edit, create derivative works of, adapt, modify, and publish your entry. You agree that Sponsor will have the exclusive right to use your entry in any media in association with the Sweepstakes without attribution or compensation to you, your successors or assignees, or any other person or entity.
Entries that Sponsor determines are generated by AI will be deemed void. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Prize: Each weekly winner will receive a year of free Little Leaf Farms lettuce in the form of fifty two (52) coupons for free lettuce products. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. The total approximate aggregate retail value of each prize is Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) USD; the actual or appraised value may differ at time of prize award. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable and must be accepted AS-IS. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor, or a party designated by Sponsor, to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry content for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds: The odds of winning are contingent upon the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via email to the email address they submitted with their Sweepstakes entry within five (5) days following the winner selection. Little Leaf Farms shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to the winner’s email settings, spam filters, or the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If the advertised prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The receipt by a winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations.
8. Conditional of Participation: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements, and each entrant warrants and represents that their entry will comply with all laws and not infringe upon any third party rights. Sponsor has the right to disqualify any entry which Sponsor deems inappropriate, at its discretion. Sponsor will collect information from the entrants for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and to notify the winners. Sponsor will not share this information with any third parties for their own marketing purposes, except as necessary for the administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may also require, unless prohibited by law, that any potential winner completes and signs a separate publicity release. Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules.
9. Limitation of Liability: ENTRANTS HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR FROM ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. CLAIMS MAY NOT BE RESOLVED THROUGH ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, or delayed submissions, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such term or any other provision.
10. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without respect to conflict of laws doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Massachusetts having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
11. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winners list or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Little Leaf Farms, attn: Marketing PO Box 2069, Devens, MA, 01434, USA. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the end of the Entry Period.
